The paleontological heritage of Castilla-La Mancha extends throughout the Castilian-La Mancha territory, with a good sample of this one in the Museum of Paleontology of CLM. In addition, in the province of Cuenca we have two of the most important paleontological sites in the Cretaceous of Western Europe: Las Hoyas and Lo Hueco. It is worth noting the high quality of the fossils in this museum, many of them unique and with an exceptional state of preservation. Through this Museum of Paleontology we can travel in a didactic and fun way this "Land of dinosaurs" and meet directly as curious and unique examples as the basic (region that houses the brain) of a sauropod titanosaurio, Iberomesornis romerali, a primitive bird The size of a sparrow; The Concavenator corcovatus, a carnivorous dinosaur, which lived at the beginning of the Cretaceous period, about 125 million years ago, known as "Pepito". Or the Lohuecotitan pandafilandi, a giant sauropod from the Lo Hueco deposit.
